 Information About Abstract Submissions

  • The official language of NanoTR-17 is English. All abstracts should be sent in English.
  • Participants can take part in the conference with a maximum of 1 oral and 1 poster presentation.
  • All abstracts should be submitted electronically through the online system, whose links are provided on this website.
  • In order to submit your abstract, you need to register first.
  • The format of the abstracts, such as margins, length, font size, type, etc. will be determined automatically by the online submission system.
  • The abstracts uploaded to be presented at NanoTR-16 Conference shall be evaluated in terms of content and format by at least 2 reviewers who will be assigned by The Scientific Committee.
  • The reviewer evaluation results will be sent to participants via e-mail and will also be announced on the participant accounts created through www.nanotr.org
  • Submissions that are accepted and presented during the conference will be added to The Book of Abstracts. The Book of Abstracts will be shared with the participants as an ebook.

 Abstract Submission Guideline

The submissions must be submitted digitally through the MeetingHand Online Submission System that is used for collecting attendee registrations and abstracts for our conference.

Abstract Submission

Abstracts should be written as a single justified column and words should not be hyphenated. Please note that MeetingHand applies the abstract template automatically.

Abstracts will be peer-reviewed and notification of acceptance will be sent to authors.

Guidelines for Abstract Submission

  • The format of the abstracts as type (text), length (min 100- max 350 words), etc. is determined automatically by the system.
  • In the abstract submission system, editing, saving, and submitting the abstracts for evaluation are available.
  • Abstracts can be updated freely until the submission deadline. For updates in the abstracts after the deadline, an email by the author should be sent via the 'Contact Organizer' link in your participant account (requires logging in to your participant account).
  • The presentation type and the scientific topic, that the abstract was submitted for must be specified by the submitting author.
  • The author who uploads the abstract into the submission system is called as "Corresponding Author". The Corresponding Author must define the order of the co-authors, select the presenting author, and type their affiliations and e-mail addresses.
  • All authors should be added separately. The system will merge the affiliations automatically with the author's name and affiliations. Please use copy/paste for the affiliation to avoid any misspellings and rewrite the author's name if the authors have more than one affiliation.
  • The main abstract text must be written in the related section and could be formalized in a basic way as a super-subscript. Also, copy-paste from doc, pdf, HTML, etc. types of documents are available. The abstracts, copied and pasted from other files, must be controlled carefully from the preview section.
  • Please DON'T add the title, authors, and affiliations in the abstract body text section.
  • Preferably try to avoid adding images/charts or tables in the abstracts. However, if necessary, they can be added as an image only.
  • References and keywords should be added in the relevant fields separately but not in the main abstract text section. References should be called in the abstract text.
